We’re very pleased to announce the formalization of a Licensing Agreement with Petro Sep Corporation (PSC). This will provide a 25-year term for the exclusive application of their proven, Canadian (chemical membrane) technology in all of Canada; an additional $50M (USD) increase in the IP assets held by GCP Solutions Inc.
As part of this agreement, we’re delighted to welcome PSC as a minority (15%) partner going forward in providing viable, environmentally-friendly, alternative solutions to the continued use of landfills to dispose of non-recyclable municipal solid waste.
